Return and Refund Policy

  • We take Customer Satisfaction seriously and accept returns and exchanges.

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for an exchange or full refund within 14 days of receipt of your order.

  • The item must be in new condition, undamaged, unmarked, and unworn. If you have received the item in a damaged defective condition, the item can be returned and it will be replaced. If you are not happy with the item, and you would like to return the item, the postage fees will be paid back to us by the buyer.

  • Please note that we will only refund the costs of your return (e.g. postage or re-import duties) if the goods are in some way faulty. For returns of goods with no fault in their manufacture, you will be responsible for all return costs, including any re-importation duties, clearance fees, or other taxes. These will be deducted from your amount to be refunded.

  • Your refund/replacement will only be issued after the item is returned, please allow 48 hours for your Refund/Replacement to be processed after receiving of returned goods.

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges on items that have been worn, without original tags or packaging, and are not in their original condition. We also can refuse refunds on Customised or make-to-order items.
