FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING is available for many orders

All shipping charges are shown at the Checkout, based on the total Volume and weight of all items in your Basket.

We use a variety of delivery companies, depending on destination, value, package weight, dimensions, and urgency.

 

UK Deliveries

UK - Who do we ship with?
Within the UK, we ship with Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and EVRi (Formaly Hermes).  But we reserve the right to change the Carrier without notice.

UK - What does it cost?

  • We offer free economy shipping on UK orders. but for Fast-Tracked delivery will be charged.
  • If a Free Economy Shipping package goes missing, we may replace the goods.
  • If you wish to upgrade your order with Free Economy Shipping to a faster-tracked method, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible after ordering, before dispatch.

UK - How quickly will it arrive?
Most items are held in stock and will be dispatched within 1-2 days of the order being placed. Some items, those requiring personalization or custom manufacturing, will take longer and the typical delivery time is noted in the description of each product on our website.

In the unlikely event that it will take longer than advertised to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately with an updated delivery estimate.

 

International Deliveries

International - Who do we ship with?
Smaller items are shipped with International Tracked and Signed Service? to ensure you can track your parcel between it leaving us and arriving with you. Please note that a delay in the tracking details updating whilst it clears customs in your country is not uncommon so do not be concerned by this.

Larger items are shipped with the courier depending on which offers the most reliable service to your country. All of our international orders are shipped with tracking. As soon as your order leaves us you will be sent an email with tracking details and then regular updates as it makes its way to you.

International - What does it cost?
All shipping charges are shown at the Checkout, based on the total Volume, weight, and destination of all individual items in your Basket.

Due to the broad range of items that we sell and the destinations we send to the prices vary.

 

Taxes & duties

If goods are sent beyond the UK, we do not charge VAT. Any Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These relevant charges applied by the body in your country are the buyer's responsibility.
